STEP ONE: Professional pest control inspection for customers

After the physical inspection for the customer, IPCS will provide a comprehensive pest control examination report. The contents of the report will cover the followings:

1. Pest species found and it's location
2. The conducive factors for the pest infestation
3. The physical and chemical treatment for the pest
4. Sanitation environmental suggestions

STEP TWO: "Professional Pest Control Proposal "and "Professional Pest Control Agreement" will be provided to our customers

1. IPCS inspection result
2. IPCS pest control methods
3. The pesticides to be used and the equipment. Pesticides to be used are registered in China, and are of low toxic, MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet) will be provided before implement the service. Pesticides list can be provided upon request.
4. IPCS service frequency--such as once a month, twice a month, four times a month.
5. IPCS service quality commitment
6. IPCS service price: depend on the infestation, environment, industrial, structure. etc.
7. Payment method: payment will be made next month against customer's invoice.

STEP THREE: Service agreement signed.

Service will be conducted after the signing the agreement. The service schedule will be pre-arranged and will meet our customer's requirement. After service, IPCS will provide a set of service reports for our customer to set up a pest control file or for the audit.

3. Flying insects(flies, mosquito and sewage flies)
4. Termite control
5. Fumigation
6. Sterilization service

1. Food Processing unit
2. Hotel and Restaurant
3. Pharmaceuticals
4. Villa and Apartment
5. Hospital
6. Supermarket and Warehouse
7. International School
